Learning how to play an instrument is my therapy...

Each time i pick up my bass, guitar, keyboard etc... It takes my mind off of every thing and every one around me... It takes me away from reality and helps me relax... I encourage you all to learn how to play an instrument, have fun and rock out! y que viva el rocK!
